MEKCO, a division of ConceptWorks, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in manufacturing, workmanship, or materials and will repair or replace at its sole discretion within the continental USA - but only within a period of one year after date of shipment, any product proven to be other than as warranted. Liability hereunder is limited to repair or replacement and does not include labor, installation cost, or indirect or consequential damages of any nature. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE OBLIGATION OF MEKCO, a division of ConceptWorks Inc., AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER, EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE.
